You know what they say - honesty is the best policy.

I like to think of myself as someone who strives to have this as the "motto" of my life, but sometimes I don't think it works. Is it worse to tell someone the truth and hurt them or tell them a lie to protect them? I've always wondered about this one. I personally, think it is OK to lie to some if it is for their own good. Like if it will do less harm then the harm that would be done from the truth. Hope that makes sense. So, yah, lieing can be OK, even though, honesty is the best policy. =)
